Is there an application fee?

No! Our service is completely free for job seekers. We are paid by employers who need workers. Never pay anyone for job placement in Europe.

What documents do I need?

For initial application:

  • CV/Resume (English preferred)
  • Passport copy
  • Photo

After job offer, you'll need education certificates and other documents for visa processing.

How long until I get a response?

Most applicants receive initial response within 48 hours. Full hiring process typically takes 2-4 weeks from application to job offer.

Visa & Work Permit

Do I need a visa to work in Europe?

EU/EEA citizens: No visa needed. You can work freely in any EU country.

Non-EU citizens: Yes, you need a work permit. Your employer will sponsor and process this for you.

Who pays for the visa?

Most employers cover visa processing costs. Some may deduct a portion from your first salary. This will be clearly stated in your contract before you accept.

How long does visa processing take?

Typically 2-8 weeks depending on the country:

  • Netherlands: 2-4 weeks
  • Germany: 4-8 weeks
  • Belgium: 4-6 weeks
  • Denmark: 2-4 weeks

Salary & Benefits

What salary can I expect?

Is accommodation provided?

Many employers provide free or subsidized accommodation. This is usually shared housing near the workplace. Details are always specified in the job listing.

What about health insurance?

All legal workers in Europe get mandatory health insurance. It's either deducted from salary or paid by employer. You'll have full access to healthcare from day one.

How many vacation days do I get?

European law guarantees minimum 20 paid vacation days per year. Many countries offer 25-30 days. Plus public holidays (usually 10-15 days).

Working Conditions

What are typical working hours?

Standard is 38-40 hours per week. Overtime is paid extra (125-150% of regular rate). Night shifts typically have 25-50% bonus.

Do I need to speak the local language?

For most Blue Collar jobs, English is sufficient. Some employers provide language courses. Knowing local language can increase salary and opportunities.

Can I bring my family?

Yes! After you receive your work permit, you can apply for family reunification. Your spouse can usually also work. Processing takes 2-6 months.
